TTS Series
Series of test benches able to test the valve in horizontal, vertical or inclined (tilting) position to simulate the real work. In horizontal position it’s easier to place the valve into the test bench and it’s also possible to assembly some particulars as bellows, actuators, steering and so on.

  • valve range under testing from 1/2” to 16” (up to 36” optional)
  • maximum reaction force up to 200 tons
  • test according to API, ANSI, DIN, BS, ISO, EN
  • hydraulic pressure test up to 4000 bars
  • gas pressure test up to 2100 bars
  • cavity line
  • analogical or electronic leakage measuring systems
  • ATEX conformity (optional)
