Investment Casting
Ecrimesa manufactures steel and aluminum components by precision casting. Ecrimesa has an in-house tool shop equipped with state-of-the-art equipment such as wire EDM machines or 5-axis high-speed machining centers. The wax injection range is characterized by high variability by combining automatic with semi-automatic and manual injection molding machines to meet the needs of a wide range of customers. In this case, an automatic device for removing water-soluble wax cores can also be used.
Furthermore, Ecrimesa offers the possibility of using prefabricated ceramic cores in the wax spraying process. The ceramic shell is produced automatically by means of two submersible robot systems. Here, the ambient temperature and humidity is controlled very precisely by a modern air conditioning system. In addition, a wide range of heat treatments is offered.
