Qualified Manufacturing

Electrical and Instrumentation Installation
Upon customer request, ITALCONTROL provides complete integration of electrical and instrumentation components.
This includes the supply and installation of measuring instruments and valves, local control panels and junction boxes, as well as the necessary interconnecting cables and installation materials.
Assembly & Quality Assurance
The assembly of skid systems is carried out by ITALCONTROL’s qualified personnel. The objective is to deliver fully assembled and tested systems, minimizing installation work at the final site.
Prior to customer acceptance, the systems are inspected by the internal quality assurance department. Depending on project specifications, hydrostatic pressure tests, leak tests, and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) are performed.
Supervision by qualified personnel ensures close coordination with customers throughout the manufacturing, assembly, and testing phases.
